Cozy double room with a balcony. Loved the air conditioning and minibar. Spa facilities like the hot tub and Hammam were amazing. Enjoyed the indoor pool and sauna. The body treatments were top-notch. Staff was super nice. Everything felt luxurious and relaxing.

Room keys malfunctioned and required tech support multiple times, adding unnecessary hassle. Limited restaurant choices resulted in some unsatisfactory meals. one diner highlighted tasteless fish and poor main course quality. Additionally, the inconsistent Wi-Fi service made staying connected a constant fight.

Beautiful grounds with well-maintained gardens and excellent pools made for a pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating and seemed genuinely interested in providing a great experience, especially during dining with creative seasonal dishes. Additionally, some amenities like the Wi-Fi connection were unreliable, which was frustrating at times, adding unnecessary stress to the trip.

I stayed in a Deluxe Suite Forest Side for 1 night, and although the suite was large and comfy, the dining experience was somewhat average despite some good vegetarian options.

I spent two nights in a lovely double room with garden view that offered a picturesque view of the charming surroundings. The indoor heated pool was a highlight for me, providing a great way to unwind. I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having a birthday cake delivered to my room, which made my stay even more special. However, the pricing for dining was a bit on the higher side, which caught me by surprise.
